In the video showing how it works, the tape under the knee pulls off separately. In real life, it’s all one piece. Once you finally get the strip down under the knee, the other two strips are stuck together. Resticking and repositioning ruins the entire product. Trying to get the backing off one strip at a time is impossible. I got these for my mom to give some support while she waits for her knee replacement. She’s 83 with osteoarthritis and gnarled fingers. There is no way she’s getting these on herself. Wasted money.

Then they are extremely hard to get on because the paper is sliced down the middle to separate side from side, but then there also needs to be a slice between each strap.
