The delivery on this took almost to weeks and after they told me to request a refund and they gave me a $6 coupon they went back and they rejected my refund. I was told that I would receive my refund within a few business days. But they didn't approve it and said no to it i'm greatly disappointed.

Good saw but the chain guard is flimsy and it broke off the oil bulb cap also was knocked off too by a limb hitting it but I was able to fix it with a chain saw primer bulb

Surprised and how well it works.Only used it for a test run but so far pleasantly surprised.Light weight and powerful.Took longer to get here than I would’ve like.I believe it was close 2-3 weeks but with multiple states being impacted by abnormal extreme temperatures delays expected

So far so good. I bought this for my dad, He's 72 years old and was still using the manual saw on pole. I saw this item and had to get it, not knowing of he quality. He loves his saw so much he cleanes it and stores it in his kitchen so he can just admire it while he drinks coffee in the morning. ❤️

This worked really good I gave it to my husband he cut down all our humongous Evergreen looking trees whatever they're called plus a big shade tree that we have to prep it for next year
