The delivery on this took almost to weeks and after they told me to request a refund and they gave me a $6 coupon they went back and they rejected my refund. I was told that I would receive my refund within a few business days. But they didn't approve it and said no to it i'm greatly disappointed.

The bar oil leaks if it’s not up right. I really like it so far though. I’ve used it twice. It’s too soon to tell whether it’ll hold up. But the double extension is great.

Delivery was a little slow, but when the saw finally arrived it was as described. Cut through some palm trees like butter. It’s super light on its own but on the extender pole it can get a little heavy. Overall happy with my purchase, let’s hope it lasts.

I was cutting through 3" thick branches high up in my tree with no problem. Great product!

This helped me trim the tall branches off the tree that were reaching too close to the house and casting shadows on my solar panels. With it being easy to reach everything, I could cut back small pieces at a time. I just had to tighten the chain afterward which was relatively simple.

After first use, I’m in love. Easy to use. Cut down my first tree/bush plant way faster than the clean up time. Instructions could be a little more thorough. It didn’t mention to fill up the oil chamber. I just knew to do that. Otherwise, so far so good. Comes w/a replacement chain even.
