Plexus® PC-120 Cleaner Conditioner is a fast-drying surface treatment designed to improve the long-term durability of Plexus adhesive bonds on aluminum and stainless steel assemblies. It cleans light surface contaminants while leaving behind active ingredients that help bonded metal structures resist exposure to water and saltwater environments.

PC-120 can be applied by wiping, brushing, or spraying. Its red dye provides a visual application indicator—a light, even red tint shows that enough product has been applied. Once dry, the prepared parts are ready for bonding, typically within 1 to 3 minutes under ambient conditions.

Application Instructions

Do not apply a heavy or deep-red coating. Excess product may reduce bond performance. PC-120 should be used as a cleaner conditioner rather than as a thick-film primer.

Danger: Highly flammable liquid and vapor. Causes serious eye irritation and may cause drowsiness or dizziness.

Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces, and other ignition sources. Keep the container tightly closed and wear appropriate protective gloves and eye or face protection. Review the Safety Data Sheet before handling or use.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks, open flames, strong oxidizers, acids, chlorine, and isocyanates. The stated shelf life is 12 months when stored unopened between 59°F and 86°F.
