My product came squashed and leaked everywhere. The instructions and box it came in were soaked. They need to send in a solid box with bubble wrap to prevent this from happening. Or put a seal on the product lid prior to sending. Don't just leave it open to spill all over. I got less than half a bottle of the product due to how much spilled during shipping.
