My favorite is honey teriyaki that brisket cut is just so good. Honey teriyaki has medium to soft texture with a balanced sweet taste. Sweet and spicy is sweet a little spicy with a soft to medium texture.Cajun boil jerky is drier, heavily seasoned, salty, medium to tough to chew and slight spicy.

Barbecue wild boar jerky has phenomenal taste and soft fatty texture. It tastes like it’s been in alcohol based barbecue so good. Buffalo chicken jerky was soft easy to chew and delicious. The alligator jerky was gamey(strong fish) taste and hard texture. It truly didn’t taste like any other meat.
