The picture looks like four very distinct shades and they look very shimmery. In reality I got a white and three different shades of brown but these are not shimmery. They are glittery and have such very light pigmentation that the three browns look exactly the same. They do dry quickly and feel nice on the skin however, I would say these are more for a young kid learning to use makeup or for a kid to play with or if you just want to add glitter to your makeup routine. They are not the pretty shimmer the picture shows
