The product itself is really nice! It goes on great and lasts all day. The problem is that no more product can be used except for the tip you see when you receive the pencil… I tried to turn it every which way to get the tip on the pencil, but no more would come out so I spent $36 on eyeliner that I can use twice at most. It’s a shame because the product itself is awesome! I really didn’t want to request a refund but no sense in keeping something I can’t use!

Ordered 3 black eyeliners around xmas time and was saving the new product to try. Went to use it last week, they sent me the wrong color. Sent me 3 olive color eyeliners, so of course returned them as that’s not what I ordered. Now I can’t get the ones I ordered for the sale price, very disappointed

I wanted to love this eyeliner and fell for all the hype The color payoff is gorgeous now I bought this to enhance my permanent tattoo eyeliner sure enough the color payoff did just that but since my eyeliner is tattooed I needed it to stay put and it did not! It smudges even on a cotton swab after waiting the 20 seconds as it says and I have dry skin wearing it for 3 hrs now and still smudging

Estaba un poco con desconfianza, hay muchos que dicen que son de larga duración y se borra en menos de 30 minutos de tus ojos. Pero este Lápiz realmente hace lo que dice. Me maquillo a las 6AM y regreso de mi trabajo a las 6pm son 12 Horas con el lápiz y el color sigue intacto. Excelente 👌
