Si , para mi home garage gym esta perfecta , soy mujer y para el peso que yo levamto esta perfecta , me encanta porque puedo hacer muchos ejercicios la compre especialmente para trabajar mi espalda , pero tambien pued trabajr triceps, biceps, pecho , toda la espalda , abs,y pierna , me encata que no necesite comprar pesas de 2” pues yo tenia de 1” y se remueve un adaptador y puedo usar ambas pesas , excelente , fue facil de armar .
