We love rooster farms dark roast, but this peaberry coffee was not very good. It's sour. + Not very flavorful. Again, I love rooster farms and will continue to buy coffee from you guys, but this was a Miss for us. We french press every morning of our lives so we know what we're doing. The grind is correct. Steep we just don't feel like it was roasted long enough + The taste isn't very good. Sorry Ed, just want to give you guys some constructive feedback.
