I love this series and was super excited to buy! Unfortunately when I unboxed one of the figures - Poppy the Poet - her leg was detached from the figures body. My other figure is in perfect shape though.

The condition of Frankie and Poppy is perfect, but my Gigi arrived with her hand detached. That was disappointing, especially because I have seen on Reddit that so many figures are arriving damaged. I contacted customer service about my damaged figure and provided video and photo proof. It took some time because of time zone differences, but I got the help I needed.
