My kids wanted to hear the jokes. They are a little young to just listen to the learning process of how to set up jokes. The learning aspect should have been tagged on to the end. Also you cannot skip. So that doesn’t help.

It’s one track on each one so you can’t skip the boring “how to tell a joke” to get to the actual jokes. Overall, I think it’s a poor design of a Tonie and I would not recommend.

I have 2 kids 4 and 7 who love to tell jokes and hear jokes. I was expecting this to be like someone reading jokes from a joke book. Neither of them cared for it.

We tried 2 of them today, knock knock jokes and riddles, and there was a lot more explanation about jokes than we expected. Instead of just telling a few jokes in a row, there's a quick first joke and then a whole explanation of what a knock knock joke is and it's history. My kid, who is really into knock knock jokes right now, lost interest. Not sure if there's more tracks with more jokes after the lesson.

My son loves these clever tonies. Jane Lynch is amazing and I love how it teaches them about ways to be fun/funny but be smart about it. Such a silly, great addition to our tonie collection!

This was our first purchase of these new Clever Tonies. Both my 9-year-old and 5-year-old listen to these constantly. And while I’d rather them not know so much about pranks, that is of course their favorite of the four. So far they haven’t tried to pull any on us, thankfully. Jane Lynch is a nice narrator. If you have boys in the house, guaranteed this will be a crowd-pleaser.

Bought the comedy set for my 5 year old son, it’s been so fun listening to him try to retell the jokes!

My 3 year old loves these! As parents, my husband and I appreciate that they take the time to educate kids on what a joke is and walks them through how to tell one.
