1. Returns for Non-Quality Issues

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, unmet expectations, or ordering errors):

Condition Requirement: The product and packaging must remain intact, including all original accessories.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Late requests will not be processed.

2. Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted

Damages caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or human error.

Requests made after 7 days for non-quality issues or 30 days for quality issues.

3. Shipping Damage Policy

After Signing: If damage is noticed after signing, file a claim within 24 hours and provide:

Clear photos of the shipping label (with all logistics info visible).
