Why did I only receive one package?
Don't worry! Due to weight restrictions, your ductless mini split air conditioner is shipped in 2 separate packages (Indoor unit *1, Outdoor unit *1). Please wait patiently for all parcels to arrive before scheduling installation. Note: Power cord is not included. For optimal efficiency and performance, we recommend professional installation by licensed technicians.
Can this air conditioner be installed without a professional?
Absolutely! The unit is factory pre-evacuated and sealed, meaning no vacuum pump or Freon handling is needed. DIYers with basic skills can easily follow the manual/video to connect the pipes. However, inexperienced users must hire a pro for safety.
What should I know about the copper pipes?
It comes standard with pure copper tubing, pre-welded to the indoor unit and evacuated. The quick-connect fittings require no evacuation—just align and tighten! No flaring or venting is necessary.
What should I know about Freon?
The outdoor unit is pre-charged with environmentally friendly R32 Freon at the factory. It is a sealed system, so under normal use, no Freon is consumed and no top-ups are required.
How does the no-vacuum design work?
The unit is factory high-precision evacuated and sealed with valves. Simply align and tighten the quick-connect fittings for a perfect seal with no air entry. ️ Caution: Never open the valve before tightening the fitting!
What tools do I need for installation?
You won't need a vacuum pump, gauge, or flaring tool!
Just bring:

How do I switch between °C and °F?
