I received the item this morning. Upon removing it from the box, I laid it out to allow it to expand throughout the day, but it remains flat and deformed. I also removed it from the pillowcase to show the empty areas of filling in some sections and the clumping in others.I am not impressed, especially considering the price paid.

I love how soft and ‘cool’ this pillow feels. Has a zipper so you can take off cover and wash it if needed. I wish it was a little thicker. It comes sealed and rolled up and took a while for it to firm up.. any suggestions on how to achieve that, lmk! Otherwise 8/10 for comfort!! I'm confused. I purchased the original BodyAlign Pillow that was delivered solid & hard, doesn't bend or move at all! Has no cushion to it. Now I order the BodyAlign+ Pillow, which was literally released 1 month after the original BodyAlign Pillow was ordered, to have it delivered with NO STUFFING. It was delivered vacuum sealed but when I opened the plastic, nothing happened with the pillow. I thought maybe its one of those "wait 24 hours" vacuum sealed but nope, this Pillow bends, folds, has no fluff or shape to it outside of the Sage Green cover holding it together. I'm quite disappointed. There is no way anyone can convince me this is an "upgraded version to the original" Please see photos for reference as this whole experience with these BodyAlign Pillows both the progianl and the PLUS version. It's comfortable, but there is no support a d no filling.to this body pillow. It's extremely flimsy.
