I just received today, tried them out for a little bit. I purchased them to help with the muscle and strength I lost in my shoulders upper arms after both shoulder surgeries also going through my cancer/chemo journey. chicken wings have grown from nowhere fast in 2 yrs. Fingers crossed these work
