Not doddicult to assemble but if you are a smaller person you may want help doing so. 6'3 200lb guy and it is the most comfortable chair I have owned. It is decent quality but I can tell it isnt as high quality as my previous chairs. I am happy with it for the comfort.
Head rest is basically useless so you will want a headrest pillow if you use that often. Lumbar pillow is loose so will have to keep track of that every time you get up. Finally my standing desk is too tall for this so I am getting a keyboard tray to out under it. Admittedly my desk is too tall for almost any human.
In the end I would highly recommend it as long as you are aware of the above. It actually does feel like I am cozy in a couch but still supported enough to work!
