I have to say I really thought this was an oil, but it’s not it’s a water-based makeup remover. I own my own spa and today I mix this up and put it on my clients face today. I like how it was easy to mix up and put on a brush to clean and get rid of any dirt or residue on the face. It can be a slight messy since it’s water-based. I am gonna use it more in the shower or put it on my face prior to the shower and do a rinse off in the shower. I was kind of hoping it was an oil, but I will see if water-based is better for my skin.
