I am beyond impressed. I was really scared at first because after all, it is a mattress, but This mattress is so comfortable so soft and I get the best sleep. I am so happy I trusted my gut.
It is easy to open up. You place rolled up matrress on bare bed frame. Use opener included in box to remove plastic wrap. Once it is removed, the mattress pops open immediately filling up with air. Thsy initially vacuum pack the mattess for ease of shipping. It's amaaazing, firm and structured.
