Great price for the type of mattress. It is very comfortable. The box says 2 person lift because it is heavy but I was able to get it in my house alone, get it out the box and set it up in like 20 mins. Ofc it is not fully expanded u have to wait 72hrs for full results. I did still lay on it to test it out and it is indeed very comfortable and soft. I’ll say great material, great design, assembly was fast. My only complaint is I got the 12in and wish I got 14! The bed sits low and I kind of like my beds to sit high cause I’m taller and it’s better on my knees. So if you are getting this mattress for a platform type bed or a bed that u dont need a box spring it already comes with it, I say if u dont want a low bed I would recommend putting a box spring under it or getting the 14in. And as u can see from the pictures I didnt get a picture of the actual mattress because I already set up the bed, but u can see how low and flat it looks with no box spring. If you like low laying beds then this won’t bother you, if u don’t then pita box spring on it or get the 14in
