As someone who takes sleepy mocktails and melatonin, last night i decided to see what was up w the mouth tape & by the looks of my hair and sleep lines on my face, it was a good rest. I typically have about 20-25 min of REM Sleep and last night that nearly tripled! well on our way to being rested!

I give it a 3 because it sticks and definitely does not come off. However, this mess is terrifying. When you wake up out of a dead sleep, mouth taped shut, nose stopped up, and you can't move fast enough to rip it off it ain't no joke! DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. Double chins are cute. Death is not.

I sleep so much better with these! It weird the first use having your mouth sealed but I am use to it already. It does make you lips kind of dry so beware of that . I didn’t really think it would have such a big effect on getting a deep sleep

Got these after seeing what happens(and did) to the shape of my face after long term mouth breathing. So excited to try.Cute pink but the corners don't touch the outside corners of my lips.Did a trial run and kept on for around an hour and stretched outwards and got it to fit. More after a ovn!

Works well! It stays on night if you follow directions on the package! Sometimes you can breathe out the sides, but it’s always good incase there was an emergency, and if you press down the sides it should stay down! Works great! I recommend!
