The machine is okay I would rate it a 3/10
When using the machine the temp does heat up which is awesome it actually gets very warm to where I have to turn the heat down.
As it is massaging it makes a loud click noise between each rub which is annoying because it’s made to help relax your shoulders and neck.
It’s very hard material. It’s no where near what I thought it would be.
