The pan is fabulous ! I have a 10" carbon steel pan and that is excellent too but its heavy to handle sometimes. The non stick pan is significantly lighter, cooks evenly, and is easy to maintain. I also own the Misen 10" chef knife and that is a pleasure to use as well.

We have only used the 8” pan twice so far, but quite impressed with the quality. Non-stick is solid, cleanup is easy, and storage etc is a breeze.

Probably more non-stick than my well seasoned honed cast iron pan and the "non-stick" pan it replaced. Cook at a lower heat and use a small amout of oil every time. First egg just slid around the pan.

Really love these pans. Just starting to use them but they heat up nicely and are very easy to clean. Nonstick cooking without the fear of toxins.
