Absolutely light enough to carry on an outing, whether that be a picnic, open-air concert or hike. The carry strap makes it convenient to sling over your shoulder when your hands are probably needed for other stuff. It’s light, but also heavy enough to provide protection from the elements. The wool isn’t a watch at all…very nice.
