Guaranteed delivery timeframe by 5 1/2 hours almost I opened the package to see two boxes that had no safety seal on either both boxes were partially opened with one of those boxes being opened on both ends!! I am terrified of using other people‘s skin care items or facial products as germs, crawl and soda diseases. The Company lied to me and said they don’t come with them. I asked one of their creators who said differently as well as the AI assistant also said differently that they do come with the safety seal. I would like to know why they sent me used products!! Reached out to TikTok for help TikTok was no help lied to my face as well saying the Veho Delivery drivers get a 48 hour grace. When they are the only ones who do not get that luxury that was even admitted by their senior executive of Veho yesterday while I was speaking to him. Even acknowledged that it missed its expected timing window. I should’ve immediately been refunded like what has happened in the past when they have missed their timeframe as they have specific guidelines. They have to follow just like we do I sincerely don’t appreciate being singled out lied to manipulated and outright ignored when helpless needed.

The color is a little more clear than I expected. It is not too thin and is nicely thicker. It is very hydrating and smooth/silky feeling. I was disappointed that it was called strawberry something but it isn't scented at all and has no taste, for those that prefer that. Oh and I really like the applicator. It's nice quality!
