So it has been 4ish days since I have reached out to customer service about this order not arriving, a full 7 days of me not having the product I paid for. I reached out via TikTok and per policy it said I had to wait 2 days, but I had blatant evidence someone messed up. I did reached out via email on their website and they did respond. They informed me the issue was "technical", it wasn't, it was human, which is fine, till it isnt I still had to wait 1-2 days on a weekday and with blatant evidence that's someone messed up in order for a replacement order to ship to me? Dont buy from here.

I was looking for glittery pink glosses and stargazing and runaway are perfect! It just depends on the vibe you want. Stargazing is lighter pink/less pigmented, but has more glitter/shimmer. Runaway is darker pink/more pigmented but a little less glittery with just pink/red glitters.
