Thank you for your interest in our lovely succulents! All of our succulents are natural and healthy. Each order includes a simple care guide, and if you have any questions during care, feel free to contact us anytime. We’d like to share a few important notes before shipping kindly:
Succulents are usually shipped bare-root, meaning we remove the soil and pot, and only keep the plant and its roots Reasons:
·To prevent soil from spilling or damaging the plant during transit.
·To reduce the risk of rot, since moist soil in a sealed bag can cause root decay.
·After removing the soil, the plant becomes softer and more flexible, which helps prevent breakage during bumps or impacts in shipping.
During shipping, succulents may become lighter or darker in color, and their leaves might feel softer. Once you repot the plant and give it some water, it will perk back up very quickly.
During growth, colors may change with seasons, sunlight, watering. Also, it’s normal for dried leaves to appear at the base as the plant naturally sheds older leaves to support new growth. We do not remove dried or withered leaves before shipping, as they help provide nutrients during transit.
We do our best to pack each plant securely, but shipping process is out of our control. In rare cases, the stem may break during transit. If this happens, don’t worry — simply place the cutting in moist soil and it will grow roots on its own and even become to a small cluster. Also, cluster plants with many heads may separate during shipping, which is completely normal. You can plant them together or separately. Some healthy leaves may also fall off—feel free to try leaf propagation!
