Sauce:
·Fish sauce
·Chili paste or chili oil
·Sugar
·Lime (or tamarind)
Prep
·Cut rice paper into bite-size strips
·Soak dried shrimp briefly (optional if too hard)
·Slice beef jerky thin
·Slice mango thin
·Boil quail eggs (about 4–5 minutes)
Mix everything
·1–2 tbsp fish sauce
·1 tbsp chili paste
·1 tsp sugar
