· How to set up the lock? Download the "Tuya Smart" app and enable Bluetooth.To pair: press any key to wake the lock, then finish setup in the app.For best accuracy, scan each fingerprint from multiple angles (max 10 prints total).The whole process takes ~3 minutes.

· Can it store more than one fingerprint? Yes, NexusLab padlock can store up to 10 unique fingerprints.

· Why can't I register my fingerprint? One fingerprint requires 5 scans to register successfully.So when registering, scan the same fingerprint 5 times repeatedly-not 5 different fingerprints.

· Why doesn't NexusLab fingerprint lock work? Low battery may cause malfunction.Replace with new CR2032 batteries and retry.If issues persist, contact 24/7 NexusLab support

· Why does the battery show as empty after just a few uses? The unlock process drains the 2032 battery quickly due to high power use.This triggers a low battery warning, but the battery isn't dead.After resting, the voltage recovers and the display returns to normal.
