The pendant features a four petal flower design with three of the petals set with a mother-of-pearl stone, one petal with pave round brilliant diamonds, complete with a singular round brilliant diamond in the flower's center. The pendant is sliding on a cable link chain that is 18 inches in length and secured with a lobster clasp. The flower can alternatively be worn as a brooch with a two-prong pin.
