Instead just sending a return label and exchanging for the correct color, Von Dutch just rather have you return and refund. As a previous retail supervisor we made it happen by making our customer happy free of charge but this is very unfortunate and I see why they fell off super hard today. Especially when this is their error on their end. If I can give zero stars I would!
