Tangy fruit salad recipe (Serves 4)

Prep time: 15min.

Heat level: hot

1 ripe banana

1 sweet red apple

1 pear

1 bunch grapes (any kind)

½ papaya (optional)

1 ripe mango

10 fresh strawberries

1 tsp Rani Chat Masala

Cut fruit into bite size piece and toss in large mixing bowel. Add chat masala and mix well. Chill for 10 min. or serve at room temperature.
