1. Before use, confirm whether the saw blade/grinding disc is damaged. If it is damaged, it is strictly prohibited from being used.
2. When operating the water-grinding disc, ensure it is tightly attached to the adhesive disc.
3. Microcrystalline stone, polished tiles, and other materials with a mirror-like effect should not be processed, and glazed tiles are not recommended for use.
4. During cutting/grinding, please do not apply lateral pressure or perform curved cutting. Grinding should be performed smoothly.
5. During dry cutting or grinding, avoid continuous cutting/grinding for extended periods. The cutting machine should be allowed to cool down intermittently, and water should be added for cooling during grinding.
6. Cutting machines or grinders must be equipped with safety shields, and operators must wear protective clothing, safety gloves, masks, glasses, and other protective equipment.
7. Expert advice: After assembling and installing the grinding and slicing blades, you should first let them run for a few minutes to ensure there is no shaking or vibration. Then, make a few cuts on the grinding wheel or refractory brick before starting normal operation. This will yield better results.
