I totally recommend this product! It's a amazing creatine. Not only is the taste really good and almost taste like a juice but u can almost feel the results instantly! I will say you have to shake the drink often. The creatine often sinks down to the bottom but other than that the creatine itself is very good and thanks to the flavor you can't really taste it I totally recommend this I will say the size is very small probably you could make around 40 servings but it is very good. Ok if I’m honest does it make a big difference absolutely not, don’t be lazy you’ll definitely gain weight but in the wrong places I wanted to make my 🍑 sit higher and it definitely does now but size wise it’s pretty much the same For my workouts it gave me extra strength but that’s abt it tbh.
