Can the doorbell camera connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi networks?A: No, this doorbell camera exclusively supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. To ensure a successful connection, please set separate unique names for your 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks if both are available.

Troubleshooting network connection issues

(1) The doorbell camera is only compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please link it to a 2.4GHz network.If your router broadcasts both 5G and 2.4G signals, please connect the device to the 2.4G network.

(2) Carefully confirm that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi SSID and password.

(3) Check the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be placed within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router for reliable signal.

(4) Please activate Bluetooth on your smartphone — no need to pair with the device, just keep Bluetooth enabled.
