I received it this afternoon. It's been charging for a couple of hours, but goes on and says no signal. I press button to turn on but just goes off and says no signal or power saving.

Unfortunately I don’t know about the product. My first TikTok purchase and the monitor came in a damaged package and the screen was severely damaged. There was no option to request a new one. I started the return process. We will see how that goes. They contacted me and sent an awesome replacement

brought 2 17.3in monitors one each for my husband and I. We both like it, it does what we needed it for. I’m using mine with my laptop for work and he’s using his to be able to use other things while playing games on his pc. Only getting 4/5 instead of 5 because we did struggle a little to setup.

Was able to set it up in less than 5 min. Plugged into my work computer with the C cable—>display settings—>extend this display and good to go. Can’t wait to be able to work remotely outside when the weather is nice. If anything changes I’ll come back and give an update

I ordered my portable monitor, I got a package in the mail with a arzopa box with literally just wires in it. Requested a refund. Instead of a refund they sent me another one. And this time I literally got nothing but a package.

Mi opinión es que con los celulares no me trabajo, La conecto a los celulares y me dice que no señal, asta compré otro sistema de cable para ver si así Agarraba señal y tampoco, estaba bien emocionado porque era mi primera compra por TIKTOK, y también porque me llamo mucho la atención el monitor😢

La pantalla trae todo lo que dice en ñas especificaciones, lo conecte a mi play 5 puse la opción HDR y funciona muy bien y se ve muy bien
