If the issue is not recognized as a manufacturing defect by our specialist team, repair services will incur a 20% repair fee. Should a part of the frames be completely missing (i.e. a temple or the lenses are missing), a 40% repair fee will be issued instead of the 20%. After the warranty period has expired, repair services may be limited, and repairs may not be possible depending on the condition of the product.
