I have used Tweezerman eyelash curlers since the 80's. I haven't bought any new ones for years but decided it was time to replace them. I bought 2 of the classic curlers, as I always do, but they are not the same. They don't have the same heaviness or tightness. They feel loose and flimsy. I also used a coupon for a free starfish mini tweezer and did not receive it. I am sending them back and will be shopping elsewhere for my tools.

Works very well but must be careful not to pinch eyelid. I did not have the lunching problem with my precious curler.

Fast delivery, great quality , and satisfied with the refills. I just wish they were more eco-conscious as far as packaging. I ordered 4 refills, and they all came packaged separately. I sure wouldn’t mind they all come together in one accommodating envelope.

Thank you Tweezerman for selling curler replacement pads. In a world of waste, it's nice to not have to replace a perfectly functioning curler just to get the pads. Much appreciated.

Purchase error, didn't realize I already had a Tweezerman curler, I really just needed the pads. My old one still works perfectly but now I have a back-up.
