Received wrong product. Initially something felt off because I purchased this exact product on Amazon and it was completely different. Secondly, why would you advertise a product & send completely different one? It feels lighter and flimsy compared to the other one. It didn’t have the same logo as advertised(DigitalAire). And the air vent kept falling off. I checked the reviews of other who purchased around the same time as I did, and they received the product advertised and I didn’t. I’m genuinely confused and irritated. This is NOT OKAY Conair! Like what is this? I planned on keeping this one, because it had a diffuser attachment, then give away the other one to my mom. Extremely disappointed.
