I was so excited to received Nuderma wand set, but packaging was awful. The Nuderma set was fine in the box but there was no extra cushion for the box which intern shattered the high energy, high hydraulic serum bottle. It spilled inside of the entire box and now I cannot even use my wand because I do not have the serum kind of heartbreaking. I now have to order a new serum in order to be able to use my wand.
