The quality is horrible. Used less than 1 week and already have lose threads. I reached out to customer service and was told this is normal and does not quality as a defect or am I able to return this comforter. Will not order again. Worst comforter and even worse customer service.

Wrong color, plus I keep getting surveys on this blanket but because it was the wrong color I gave it away to my sister and it was getting a little rips in it so anyhow, I ordered myself another twin went on the 13th I agree, grey twin because the queen was a little bit too big, so I figured it worked out for the best a week later I got a message saying they didn’t have any grey if I was to take a white blanket I could have a free pillow and they would ship it right away. Well then about five or four days after that, they said they had no more white ones. They don’t have my blankets in stock. They’ll keep me updated. No one has kept me updated in the website is showing all three colors in stock so I don’t really know what’s going on. I just want a blanket and if it’s a white blanket, my free pillow, but they offered. Even though my first queen size was the wrong color it made my sister happy and I hope it just don’t tear any further what I’m mostly concerned about is the twin I ordered after I’m more than welcome to send you the order number. #699564 Ordered the 13th paid for on the 16th. I do not want to refund. I simply just want a blanket. I’m not trying to be difficult. I’m very sorry thank you.

I love this blanket!! This is my second one! Plus I have the comforter and 2 pillows and extra pillow cases! I love this brand, the blanket is perfection, it’s not heavy and keeps me cool but in. Nights I have the air too high I snuggle in my blanket and keeps me cozy! You cannot go wrong ordering!

My new FAVORITE blankie! It’s got the coveted cooling material but with mellows supreme soft material touch. It’s a thinner and heavy/weighted kinda, but still a squishy marshmellowy blanket. It keeps its cool for me and if it starts feeling less cool, a couple fluffs bring the cool right back!

I just received the gray cooling blanket. It is exactly what they say very cool on one side and warm on the other. Very , soft, gentle, comfortable, and cozy blanket.Highly recommend all their products!
