I was never a tap water drinker, until this came into my life! It’s easy to set up and the way it filters out the water, is truly incredible. The water where I live comes out pretty cloudy and this completely filters out everything!! You can see how clear the water is inside, and it doesn’t taste like tap water at all! Water tastes great from the new filter and the pitcher is compact but a good size for being in the fridge or outside, and holds a decent amount of water. However after just one month the filter has started leaking a noticable taste into the water of activated carbon (or something else) which is more unpleasant than other brands which just get worse at filtering, instead of adding taste. TDS meter says 1, which is below the replacement level of 6, and I noticed the taste even when it still said 0. Our water is not that bad (TDS of 200) so it is disappointing to see this massive, expensive filter degrade so fast compared to other brands.

The new 10-cup Culligan branded version of the Zerowater pitcher has same great filtration, and improved aesthetic, but needs larger capacity pitchers. 10 cup is MUCH smaller than previous Zerowater pitchers and requires much more effort to produce the same quantity of filtered water. 7 and 10 cup versions are great for those who want those sizes, but I believe there is a market for a larger capacity pitcher as well. Culligan, when you make one, let me know!!!
