Cleveland 2" Impact Piston Industrial Vibrator for Hopper Trailers

The Cleveland 2" Impact Piston Vibrator is designed to make unloading faster, smoother, and more efficient on hopper trailers. Its high-impact piston action helps break loose stuck material, reduces bridging, and minimizes product buildup on trailer walls—giving operators a more consistent and reliable unload.

This vibrator can be mounted on the trap door frame or the dual knock rail using a compatible bracket (sold separately).

Available Options

 Standard Model – Traditional design that requires lubricated air for proper operation and longevity. Ideal for trailers using oil-lubricated air systems.

 Coated Model – Features an internal coating baked onto the casting. This upgraded version eliminates the need for a lubrication system, making it suitable for systems that run non-lubricated air.  If you already have an Oiler System on your trailer, you can still use the coated option, this will not hurt or damage the coating or Vibrator.
