What a waist of product impossible to sharpen. What good is that?!

I bought this eyeliner a month ago, and now it so low that I can't use. There is no twist control at the bottom, for $6.00 it should last and have a way to make the eyeliner come up.

I just bought this today, and as soon as it touched my face (no i did not press harshly) the top immediately broke off, and of course wouldn’t go back on. It doesn’t have more inside so the whole thing was just gone and it was just a waste of money.

I bought the But First Espresso eyeliner a couple of weeks ago. I've used it maybe 3 times and I love it, but there's no way to sharpen it or get more product out! As many others have commented before... the tip and pencil seem to be made of hard plastic, not wood, so sharpening it is impossible. There's no twist mechanism either to push the product up. Customer Service has responded to a few reviews saying just sharpen it. BUT IT IS PLASTIC! YOU CAN'T SHARPEN PLASTIC!!!! Please tell me if there is something I'm missing

honestly i swore up and down that it wouldn’t last. normally it’s gone within 3 minutes but mine is still on. it faded slightly but hey, it’s still there! anyways.. here me cuz i’m pretty 😝😝 Color: black

I tried to sharpen it with cosmetic sharpener but it's not working. I bought essence Duo sharpener thought maybe works better no chance

Bought about 5 weeks ago. Good product. But, there is no way to sharpen it! In spite of what customer service says. So, most of the product is still in the PLASTIC tube!
