I have tried some other insoles in the past several years ago. My plantar fasciitis flared up again recently. I started my exercises but seemed to still have a lot of pain in my right foot especially in the heel. I wear supportive shoes and a wide width if the shoes are closed toe. So I was at a loss at what to do next. I gave your insoles a try and was able to tell a difference right away. I used them on three different occasions to get the 10 hour break in period. Even during that, my heel didn’t bother me at all. My arch got a little tired at times but not painful. So from your info, that seems to be normal. So at this point, I am pleased so far.

First, I love that fact that you have a universal insole. My past inserts would not fit in my shoes and I would have to pull out the nice padded insole that would come with the shoe. Yours, I don't have to do that and my shoes fit great. Second, I broke them in much easier than my previous insoles. Third, the price was right and I love the quality.
