I put these in my shoes as soon as I got them and worked my 2nd job, which is standing on my feet for a 6 hour shift. These immediately felt like heaven my feet are so grateful for these cloud insoles. If you stand on your feel for any length of time I highly recommend these. They feel AMAZING!

I love these things. I put them either in my Nikes or take them out and put them in my ballerina Flatts. Either way I feel I can walk For much longer than normal. I walked the Disney park for two hours and then I put them in my shoes and was able to do two more hours.
