Finally just got in the mail, the flavor isnt strong almost like flavored water? Not sweet so thats good I used it with about 10oz of water before workout. The beta alanine definitely gave me that weird tingly feeling. But I felt pumped ? Like ready to go hopefully it wasnt in my head haha

The flavor was good not to sweet, I mixed it with 10oz water half hour before workout. Honestly it tasted more like flavored water? Not a strong flavor I got fruit fusion. I also definitely noticed a half hour I drank it I had a tingly feeling in my body which was definitely from the beta alanine. Never really used pre workout so it felt a little weird but I felt like I was pumped up and ready to go? Hopefully it wasnt the pre workout and not in my head haha overall Im going to continue to use it and hope for great results!
