The Irish Sea Moss is a great texture and a lite flavor that I add to almost anything I can. I’ve put it in my smoothies, tea, mixed it with puréed fruit. I love that I can get all the vitamins I need in this one product. Urthfoods for the win every time!!

I received my product quickly. It was exactly what I asked for and I’ve been enjoying it a lot. I add it to my daily smoothie for the added nutrients and its consistency is amazing. I will be purchasing again.

Let me start by saying this sea-moss taste delicious. I ordered the pineapple 🍍 and strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌 jars. I wanted to eat the whole jar at once😊. Since I’ve been eating a tea spoon 🥄 twice a day I’ve noticed a decrease in my appetite. Hopefully I can get off my high blood pressure meds. So if you wanna be healthy please try and buy some sea-moss gel with urthealth foods.
