I received my package on time and the mugs that were complete are very good quality the sublimation comes very clear But sadly 12 pieces came broken. They have no protection whatsoever, I did got a partial refund but I ordered 36pcs and I ended up with only 24, that was very disappointing. The vendor was really nice though.
