MAKING GEL SEA MOSS:

Simply soak dry sea moss in water to remove all rocks and other particles. Soak for a couple of hours or leave overnight. Clean, rinse the sea moss thoroughly, put in a blender, add natural spring or alkaline water and blend until is it smooth. 

For flavors sea moss add any of your favorite fruits or vegetables and blend, add into jar. Keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks or put into ice cube tray, freeze and use as needed within 6 weeks.
