I ordered two graters. Both boxes were completely damaged and parts were broken off both. Disappointed in the quality and care taken to deliver good products.

Purchased 2. They shipped 1. FedEx tracking info shows this. Only resolve was refund. I’d rather get the product. Refund is not the full purchase price and w/10 day wait. Before this process can start, they want me to conduct extensive 3 day search for item they didn’t ship. Poor customer service.

I gave it to my mom for Mother’s Day and when we opened it up the clear barrel was completely broken so it’s useless and I’m so upset because this was a present and I have to return it. I won’t be buying from TikTok shop again if this is the quality of things being sent out.

Doesn’t actually grip to the counter when shredding cheese. The older model never moved. It also doesn’t shred cheese, it’s creates a gummy cheese base inside the drum. I’ve tried cheese blocks right from the fridge, out of the freezer, and still the same results. The new version is a piece of junk!

Love this product! It has helped so much in our kitchen. I live with my husbands mom and his grandma as well. Even though they are not strong and can't cut a lot of vegetables at a time, this tool helps them out so much!

Shredder works great. The problem is the handle for the suction is cheap plastic and broke off the very first time I used it. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t so cheaply made.
